Extended Horoscope: June saw you focused on your finances, and it seems this is still very much on your mind. Luckily on the very first day of the month, Mercury goes direct in this sector, so if you’ve been feeling like your spending is out of whack or your money matters are in flux, you should begin to gain clarity now.

In fact, you may hear good money news on July 4th, as the interplay between Mercury and the North Node indicate that you could net some funds from the sale of a product, project, or stock, or come into some kind of inheritance! Happy 4th of July, indeed! An even better day for your bank account is July 6th, when Venus in your finance sector  smooches Uranus in your work and health house, and you may get an unexpected bonus! If you are having any kind of medical procedure done, this is a great day for that as well.

July 13th may also prove to be a day to remember, as Mars conjuncts the North Node in your house of endings, and you could let go of something in your life. It seems this release has been a long-time coming, but don’t fret, as these two planets will be blessed with the protection of beneficial Venus in your money and transformation sector. By letting go, you seem to be opening yourself up in some way-  and you may even benefit financially, sexually, or mentally.

Backing up a little bit, the new moon on June 27th blew a breath of fresh air into your travel sector, and you may soon be planning or going on a fun trip with a romantic partner. It’s also possible that creative or educational projects get injected with new life.

Your focus will turn even more closely to travel, spirituality, and higher thinking, as more planets crowd into Cancer throughout the month. Mercury joins on July 13th, while Venus does so on July 18th. And as I’m sure you remember, Jupiter has been this sector since July 2013, making a lovely trine to your Sun!

Watch July 8th and July 24th as days when travel and education matters shine, as the Sun and Mercury send beautiful beams to Saturn in your own sign of Scorpio. More good news may follow on July 19th and  July 24th, when Mercury and then Venus smooch Neptune in your fun and love sector, amping the romance factor up to the max!

Do be careful for some overlapping challenges on these days however, as it’s possible that work or health will interfere with your plans. This is due to the Sun and Mercury’s irritation with Uranus on July 8th and July 24th. It seems that work or illness with get in the way of travel or romance plans, and it’s also possible that writing, education, publishing or broadcasting projects will encounter obstacles. July 15th and July 18th are two more troublesome days, when the Sun will be angry with planets in your closure sector, again bringing challenges to writing, travel, or higher thinking endeavors. You may even struggle with your own belief system or religion at this time.

In addition, we have your ruler, the mighty Pluto, in your communication sector facing off against several planets in Cancer throughout the month, which could bring tension to travel, transportation, and communication issues. You are likely to feel this influence most on July 4th, when the Sun will oppose Pluto; on July 21st, when Mercury will oppose Pluto, and on July 27th, when Venus will oppose Pluto. Avoid travel and commitments on these days.

A travel, transportation, writing or communication issue may come to a head on July 12th, when a full moon occurs in this sector and comes hand in hand with Saturn in your own sign. You may be offered an important contract, or perhaps hear big news about a sibling or vehicle. A few days later, on July 20th Saturn will go direct in your sign of Scorpio, and personal plans and projects may speed up at this time.

Again, it seems your work and health will prove troublesome however, as the full moon angers Uranus in in this sector. Uranus will actually turn retrograde (I know- it never ends!) in this same sector or work and health on July 21st, so you may review this area of life and make changes over the next five months. Just be careful, as Mars will square the pair from your own sign of Scorpio, indicating that it won’t always be smooth sailing. Watch that you don’t rub people the wrong way or run yourself into the ground with work.

Extended Horoscope: The new moon on May 28th takes place in Gemini and your 8th house of shared resources. Wouldn’t you know, this happens to be the house your sign rules! The moon will trine Mars in your closure house, indicating money could come in from a hidden source, or from the sale of a creative project or possession. It’s also possible you receive an inheritance at this time. Just beware, as Neptune will square from your love and fun house, indicating that a lover, child, or hobby could cost you some funds.

Good money days include June 5th, when you may get a bonus from a work project, and June 16th, when a sale or inheritance could be finalized.

New money coming in may make you realize the need for due diligence on your accounts, and Mercury’s retrograde in this sector from June 6th to July 1st indicates you may do just that. Get your ducks in a row, go over your investments, and make sure that you and a partner are on the same page financially. This would not be a good time to make major changes or investments. Wait until after July 1st for that (or before June 6th).

More money news may come your way on June 12th, when a full moon occurs in your 2nd house of income. The end of the month turns your focus to shared finances, such as money from investments, bonuses, a partner, or family money.

Extended Horoscope: April 28th sees a friendly solar eclipse occur in your 7th house of partnerships, indicating that you may be making a deeper commitment in love or business. The eclipse will reach out happily to Pluto in your commitment sector, as well as Neptune in your love and fun sector, indicating that romance will be stronger than ever! You may soon become engaged or married, or even discuss having a baby together. If you’re not dating, you may take on a business partner of some kind, particularly if you work in an artistic field like music, art, media, theatre, film or television. You may fight with a co-worker or underling on this day, or encounter a snag on a work project. Be careful in the car as well today, as the air is ripe for a blown tire. Thursday you’ll be exhausted after a week like this, and you might even wonder if your salary is worth all of this trouble. You work so hard, why are you paid so little? Things will look up by Friday, when Venus makes a positive connection between your home and closure houses. This is a great day to spend at home with loved ones, or to put your house up for sale. Hidden information could come out that upsets you, or you may be plagued by illness. Mid-month may end a chapter of your life, as a lunar eclipse occurs in your 12th house of closure. Despite all of this, romance appears to be blooming, and a lovely solar eclipse at the end of the month indicates positive beginnings in a relationship or business partnership.

Extended Horoscope: Strap on your seatbelt, ’cause April’s gonna be a bumpy ride my dear Scorpio. The chaos begins on March 30th, when a new moon occurs in your 6th house of work and health that’s square to Jupiter in your 9th house of foreign travel and Pluto in your 3rd house of communication and contracts. The Moon will also conjunct Uranus, indicating that events will come up unexpectedly. There may be a problem with your contract at work- perhaps it’s not renewed or your boss wants to renew it on unfair terms. Alternatively, you may fight with a co-worker, or travel taken for work could turn out to be a disaster.

If work is not on the agenda, the new Moon could indicate a health problem of some kind. Perhaps you get ill while traveling, or an illness interferes with a big work project. This could even indicate transportation breakdowns, so make sure those tires are full of air, that tank is full of gas, and that oil is changed before taking any big trips.

It seems that whatever it is will play out over a series of days, as the Sun in your work and health house will square Jupiter in your travel house on March 31st; conjunct Uranus on April 1st; and square Pluto in your communication and contract house on April 2nd.

Meanwhile, you’ve also got Mars currently retrograde in your 12th house of endings and closure, and Mars will oppose the Sun on April 7th. It seems that you’re dealing with some unpleasantness at work. Perhaps you feel you’re underperforming, or maybe you’re encountering subterfuge from co-workers. You may know in your heart that it’s time to move on, but be unsure as to what your next step is. Information that has been hidden from you may come out at this time, and it could upset you. Alternatively, you could be dealing with an ambiguous health situation, perhaps feeling ill but unable to pinpoint exactly what’s wrong.

Things may come to a head on April 15th, when a lunar eclipse occurs in Libra and your 12th house of endings. It seems a chapter of your life is coming to an end, and it feels likely that it has to do with a job or work assignment. If it’s not you, it might be a beloved co-worker who leaves. Because the eclipse is conjunct the North Node in this sector, I feel that whatever happens will be a blessing for you, as the north node represents a fated point, and tends to bring good luck to the houses it transits. That being said, it can always be hard to let someone or something go, so there’s a chance you may not feel like it’s a blessing at all!

Additionally, at the same time as the eclipse, Mercury will be performing the same series of squares, conjunctions, and oppositions that the Sun just did, leaving little room to appreciate any silver linings that the eclipse might bring. On April 13th, Mercury will square Jupiter; on April 14th it will conjunct Uranus and square Pluto, and on April 15th, it will oppose Mars, indicating that your work or health life will be going through some major transformations! Try to let go and trust that things will work out. The more you micromanage and try to control things at this time, the more resistance you will encounter.

But I’m not even done yet! On April 21st, all of these planets will be caught in an exact 4-way square in your work, closure, communication and travel houses. If things haven’t sorted out yet, this may be the grand finale! This is especially true if you have any points or planets close to 13 degrees Capricorn, Cancer, Libra, or Aries.
