Gemini Horoscope March 2014

Extended Horoscope: Get ready for the big leagues kid, cause your time is coming! The new moon in your career house on February 28th is coupled up with Jupiter in your income house, indicating a new job with a new salary to boot! It seems this job will come with some prestige, and is a significant step up from your current situation.

Adding to the good news, your ruler, Mercury, goes direct on March 1st, straightening out any confusion you’ve been feeling about a home or housing matter. In fact, you may hear news on or around March 16th, when a full moon occurs in Virgo and your 4th house of home. The full moon is well angled to Saturn in your work house, so it seems that your home and work needs are connected in some way. Perhaps you need to relocate for a new job, or a salary increase allows you to upgrade your place. With Jupiter going direct in your income house on March 6th, this definitely seems to be a possibility!

That being said, you may still have some kinks to work out on the job. On March 2nd, Saturn goes retrograde in your work and health sector, and will not go direct again until July 20th. You may be putting in long hours at the office, sorting out processes and projects, or even re-doing work to make it better. This my friends, is what we call grunt work, and you’re gonna see a lot of it.

Another possibility of Saturn’s retrograde is that a health issue could come up for review. Make sure to schedule doctor and dentist appointments, and if you experience any unusual symptoms, play it safe and get them checked out. Do it as early as possible, as the end of March brings a fight between planets in your financial houses.

Most likely, you will all be fine health-wise, so absolutely nobody should be alarmed. However, if you’ve been neglecting your health in some way, Saturn’s trip through your 6th house will dig it up and force you to confront it. Even if you’ve taken excellent care of yourself, and worked out and eaten your veggies, you never know what can happen. Best be prepared.

The other big news this month is that Mars goes retrograde in your 5th house of love and children. If things have been hot and heavy with a new romance, you may decide to take a breather or at least slow it down a little. Alternatively, your new honey may be the one to pull away, leaving you with little clue as to what the heck just happened. If you have children or are working on some kind of creative project or hobby, issues and delays may come up at this time as well. Mars goes direct on May 19th, at which time everything should clear itself up.

Next month will likely be difficult for all signs, as there’s a tense four way square between Mars, Pluto, Uranus, and Jupiter. Although this is most likely to play out on the world stage (think Ukraine and Venezuela), you will likely feel the burn as well. For you, the tension will take place in your financial houses, as well as your house of hopes and dreams. Expect some of your long-term goals to be rocked.

gemini februaryAfter a month that could have seen you fret over credit cards and taxes, February will be like a breath of fresh air for you! The new moon occurring on the last day of January takes place in Aquarius, which is an air sign like yours, and therefore blends perfectly with yours! The house it occurs in for you, the 9th house of travel, is known to be light and fun, and the fact that the new moon is well-angled to Aquarius’s ruler, Uranus, makes it extra special!

Uranus is in your 11th house of friendship, so perhaps there’s a fun trip with friends you’re taking or planning. Alternatively, you may hear news that you got into the college of your dreams, or perhaps you’re beginning some kind of higher study or training. Luckily, starting on the 1st, Venus will move direct in your house of shared finances, so you should have the necessary funds to make your dreams happen. If you had applied for a student loan you may hear word now, or if you’ve been working to pay down your credit card, you may find this month that you’ve finally paid off your balance!

If your travel takes place between Feb 6th and March 1st, know that you’re contending with Mercury retrograde in your travel house. Mercury is your ruler so you tend to feel its retrograde more strongly than other signs. If you can avoid those dates that would be best, but if not, be sure to plan for contingencies. Get to the airport early, triple check your reservations, and always prepare for plan B. If you’re in school, you may learn that you have to re-do an assignment or perhaps resend your application. Also, watch out for Feb 11th. On this day, the Sun in your travel house will square Saturn in your work and health house, and you could hit a bump in the road. Perhaps you fall ill while on vacation or during a big exam. Alternatively, work travel could go terribly or a publishing or broadcasting project could hit a snag. A similar aspect occurs on Feb 19th, when it will be Mercury ‘s turn to square Saturn. You may even be more likely to feel this aspect, simply because Mercury is your ruler.

Luckily, this month holds plenty of good news as well! On Valentine’s Day, a full moon occurs in Leo and your 3rd house of communication. This is the house your sign rules, so whatever happens should be right up your alley! Mars will be zooming through your 5th house of love and children and wave happily to this moon, so perhaps you go on a  trip with your love or maybe your kids. Heck, you may even get engaged; contract + love? Why not? Heck, you may even get engaged- contract + love? why not? Alternatively, you could sign a contract for a creative endeavor at this time, or a writing or speaking engagement may come to fruition. Another possibility? A sibling may have big news and could even announce a pregnancy!

On the 22nd, the Sun will conjunct Pisces in your 10th house of career. This could be great news if you work in the arts, a religious or spiritual field, or in a water-related career (lifeguard, cruise ship director, surf instructor), as these are the areas Neptune rules. Keep your eyes open however, as Pisces can cast a fog over details and indicate deception. Also, Pisces is square to your sign,  so there’s a chance news could be not all you hoped. I have a feeling it will be good however, as just a few days later Venus in your money house will ping Saturn in your work house, and you could get a bonus or financing for a project. Additionally, March brings the best career aspects in a while, so it seems you’re on the right track.

A day to definitely watch out for is Feb 25th, when Jupiter in your other money house will square Uranus in your hopes and dreams house. You may fight it out with a friend over money, or perhaps your lavish new lifestyle will rub a friend the wrong way. Alternatively, maybe you don’t have the funds to complete a long-held dream, or your income for some reason isn’t what you thought it would be. Luckily, the very last day of the month sees Jupiter in your income sector line up with the Sun in your career sector, so you should be able to sort it all out to your liking!

gemini januaryMo Money, Mo Problems, right Gemini? A cluster of planets- including the new moon on January 1st- gather in your 8th house of joint resources, death, sexuality, and transformation. You may see a chunk of money go out- perhaps the sorry state of your credit balance is catching up to you, or you must give the tax man his due. There’s a possibility that money will come in, but because of the harsh angle of these planets, I think your news will be more annoying than exalting- at least in the first 10 days of the month. There’s war going on between your 5th and 11th houses, so you may have lent money to a friend or lover and wishing you hadn’t. Alternatively, the money you thought was coming in for a project may not, or perhaps it will come attached with obligations that you don’t want to have to fulfill. Money ain’t free, after all. On the 11th, the Sun will conjunct Venus in this sector, and sextile Saturn in your work house, so you may find the funds you need at this time. Doubling down on this possibility, the 16th brings a full moon in your income sector that trines your work house. You may end a project and receive a lump sum, or perhaps land a new job with a higher paycheck. Jupiter has been in your income sector since July 2013, and although it’s a little further away from the full moon than I’d like, its presence indicates good fortune. After that, your ruler, Mercury, will waltz on over to your 9th house of travel and higher education, sextiling Uranus in your friendship house on the 17th. You may go on a fun trip with friends at this time, or perhaps hear good news about a publishing or broadcasting project. Maybe you’ll even hear news that you were accepted into a university program! 2012-2013 saw you launch a new personal or professional venture, and since Jupiter’s move into your financial sector last July, you may have started to see some profits roll in. This will continue into 2014, as you’ll have the good fortune planet bestowing its blessings on your house of income and self-esteem through next July. Awesome!

The year may start off a little on the funky side, and this is true for all signs. The new moon January 1st takes place in your house of other people’s money, and it’s taking a beating from some other planets. It will conjunct Pluto and Mercury, giving it extra oomph, and will square – get ready for it- Mars in your creativity and fun house, Uranus in your 11th house of hopes and dreams, AND Jupiter in your income house. You may experience a temporary setback when it comes to finances and your longterm goals. Luckily, later that month there’s a full moon in your 2nd house of income, which will be supported by Saturn in your work house. I foresee things working out for you, especially with Jupiter standing by in your income house.

February brings a lovely new moon in your 9th house of travel which is nicely angled to Uranus in your house of hopes and dreams. Any publishing or broadcasting projects will go well, or you may just go on a trip of a lifetime. This month also sees a full moon in your house of communication that is sextile Mars in your love and fun house. You might make a serious commitment to a lover, or sign a contract on a creative project. Perhaps you’ll even adopt a child. Woah!

Ever since fall of 2012, the north node has been touring your 6th house of work and health, asking you to get serious about your work and daily routine. In March of 2014 (and through the fall of 2015), the north node will go on to explore your 5th house of true love, children, and creativity. The north node here wants you to shine like the bright star you are! No need to hang in the shadows being “the guy behind the guy” (or the lady behind the guy…or guy behind the lady…you get it!). If you’ve always wanted to strike out on your own- be it by starting your own company or writing a screenplay or novel- now is the time to do it. This placement also indicates that matters of the heart will take a front seat, and you may even be welcoming a child into your world.

It’s not all personal this month however- a gorgeous new moon in your house of career takes place in March as well. It will trine Jupiter in your income house, suggesting you’ll get a new VIP position with the salary to match. It will also sextile Pluto in your 12th house, and conjunct Neptune, indicating it may involve an artistic or creative endeavor.

Good thing March is so lovely, because April is going to be a beast of a month for all signs. The new moon that month takes place in your friendship house will square both of your income houses. It will also conjunct Uranus, suggesting developments may seem to come out of nowhere. You may lose a friend over a money issue, or a project close to your heart may hit a snag on the financing side. Additionally, the 21st sees a gigantic square between your income, love, friendship, and hopes and dreams houses, indicating that whatever comes up won’t be a picnic.

Luckily, April also brings two friendly eclipses. The first eclipse will be lunar and will fall in Libra, which rules your love, creativity, children and fun house.  The second will be a solar eclipse that takes place in Taurus and your 12th house of closure. This one will not only conjunct your ruler, Mercury, but also sextile Neptune in your career house. You may begin a creative project that will bear fruit over the next few months.

In May, a full moon in Scorpio indicates that you may begin or end a job, or perhaps lose an assistant at the office.

In July, the friendly planet Jupiter leaves your income sector and moves on to your communication sector. Contracts of all kind will be favored, and you may get a new car at some point between July 2014 and July 2015. Siblings may have good news or be a source of joy as well. In general, you’ll find that getting from A to B will be easier, and you’ll be blessed with the gift of gab. This would be a great year to begin a writing project.

You’ll just need to get over the hump that is the full moon in fellow air sign Aquarius in August, as it will be harshly angled to Mercury and Saturn. You may find travel and communication issues to hit a snag near this time. Luckily, Uranus will be supportive in your longterm plans house, so things should turn out in your favor in the end.

In September, Jupiter in your contract house will trine Uranus in your dreams house, and something important may culminate. This is further indicated by the full moon lunar eclipse on October 8th in your hopes and dreams house. This is a really lovely eclipse, as Mars will be in fire sign Sagittarius in your house of partners, and Jupiter will in the OTHER fire sign Leo, and your house of commitment. The planets are forming a beautiful golden triangle in the fire signs, and will be powered by Uranus in Aries as well. Do you have marriage or engagement on the brain? This is a time when it could happen! Alternatively you may get the job of your dreams. A solar eclipse will take place this month as well, and it’s also looking like a keeper. It will conjunct Venus in your work house, and sextile Neptune in your career house.

Even better, Saturn will be moving on from your work house on Christmas Eve of 2014, and any pressure you’ve been feeling on the job will start to lift. You may find you have time to breathe again! Sagittarius

This is your month to shine! The sun in your sign trines Uranus on the 1st, and you may hear delightfully unexpected news about a child or creative project. If you’re not looking to have a kid right now, watch this date and take the necessary precautions! Alternatively, you might meet a new love interest out of the blue! Get out and circulate during the first half of December, and you may find just what you’re looking for. On the 3rd, any Sag’s who work in creative or medical fields may hear good career news. Friday the 13th will be just divine- Jupiter (your ruler!) in your money house will connect with Saturn and they just might bring rewards from whatever it is you’re working on. The new moon that occurs just after this is telling me the exact same thing. You may start a new job or a new project that will bring you press or prestige. Alternatively, you could hire a new assistant, move offices to a fabulous new space, or see a new co-worker you like come to work for your company. On the third, Mercury in your 5th sextiles Mars in your 3rd, and you may sign a contract for a new creative project, or perhaps even pick up a marriage license or adoption papers. What a lovely month to be a Gemini! This month is all about love and partnerships for you! Early in the month, the Sun in your house of partners will trine Uranus in your house of hopes and dreams. The new moon that occurs shortly afterward will connect these sectors as well! Both are in fire signs, which blend perfectly with your air sign! You may hear news about a partner or start a new chapter of your relationship (this goes for business partners as well!). Work matters go well too, as Mercury (your ruler!) in your work house will sextile Mars in your home house. You may get a gig working from home, or perhaps a job will need you to relocate temporarily. Gemini loves to be on the move! October 2013 Monthly Horoscopes- Gemini

Did you score a career triumph at the end of last month? If you did, expect the finishing touches to be put on on Oct 3, when Mercury in your work house will trine Neptune in your career house. You may tie up any outstanding paperwork at this time. Good thing too cause the new moon falls shortly after, on October 5th, in your house of true love, and my is it a doozy! It’s opposing Uranus in your house of hopes and dreams and squaring Pluto in your 8th house of other people’s money. You may fight with a lover over money, or funding on a creative project could go sour. Alternatively, you may be struggling with whether or not you want that best guy (or girl) friend of yours to be something more…can your relationship go from platonic to romantic? One particular day to keep an eye on is October 13th, when the Sun in your house of love and creativity will square Jupiter in your house of income. Again, money is in the picture- you may have to spend a bunch on a child or creative endeavor, or perhaps your love isn’t bringing home his share of the bacon. This is not a new influence, as Uranus and Pluto have been in a square since June 2012. You may have been trying to get funding for a long term dream, or perhaps a friendship is going through a transformation. Whatever is going on, expect it to continue to morph and change over the years until 2015. You may have some resolution on the 18th, when a lunar eclipse in Aries falls in this same house of hopes and dreams/friendship. I worked all day and night, including weekends, and for about 9 months it seemed I barely had time to brush my teeth! Mercury conjunct Saturn could manifest in a few different ways, as Mercury is both your ruler and also rules your 4th house of home. You or a family member may fall ill, or a work project could go off the rails. To make matters worse, Mercury will go retrograde in your work house on the 21st, and won’t go direct until November 12th. Mercury retrogrades always affect you the most since it’s your ruler. You may have to re-do work that you thought was finished, or you may encounter staffing or office changes on the job. Alternatively, you may wish to examine your health routines to make sure you’ll doing all you can to stay healthy and fit. If joining a gym is on the agenda, please wait until after Mercury goes direct to make a commitment. Same goes for any job hunting. Any commitment you make at this time will need to be revised, as you’ll find the conditions won’t be what you were hoping for. Now for some good news- Venus moves into your house of committed partnerships on the 8th, injecting new love and life into a romantic relationship. Whether you’re newly dating or been married for a decade, this is sure to put a little pep in your step. September 2013 Horoscopes- Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo

Taurus

The new moon on the 5th occurs in your fifth house of true love and creativity. What fun for you! Looking to get pregnant? This is a wonderful aspect. With Jupiter in your 3rd house holding hands lovingly with this new moon, perhaps it will be a sibling who announces a pregnancy. Alternatively, you may have a brilliant idea for a creative project. Trust your hunch and get to work on it. At the very least, this aspect suggests you take a wonderful trip (not too far!) with your love. Why don’t you find a cute little B&B in a nearby town and get to work on that baby making! Mars in your 4th house of home indicates that there’s a lot going on at Chez Bull. Whether it’s renovations, family in town, or just some temper tantrums with your roommates, expect it to last all month.
